I've been out of PWI for about 6 months+
I left it for a different game, then left that game and decided to come back for the hell of it, so whats new?

    So PvP and gear is still based on cash shop, not skill? And gold is still at 200k+ ea?

    New Instance's.
    New Race - 2 New Classes.
    New Mounts, Aerogear and Fashion
    New Server (PvE) (Although Screwed)

    Bad

    End Game Gear Was Buyable Through Boutique.
    Gold Is 500k+ Each ATM.
    Game Economy Is Screwed.
    Oracle Idiots Everywhere Due To Oracles In The Boutique.

    That's all i can think of and welcome back.

    lawl...a lot of people wish they could go back to the "good ol days" when gold was 200k. but all is not lost, if you like to merchant and gamble gamble. some new features, 2 new classes. just log on lol

    Anni. Packs - Had end game gear in it, with a % chance to get it so pile aload of money into buying them and you would get them eventually.

    Oracle Boutique - Open your wallet and buy loads of oracles and then use them to increase your level, thus buying your level.

    They have a facebook contest running and if they get 50k fans they will reward 5 'lucky' people with 5 free levels along with 2 weeks of 2x xp/spirit/drops.

    cs
    cube
    wq

    then

    bounty hunter
    public quest (have to be at certain levels)
    marriage quest (if you're married)

    oh and rebirth is solved and popularly done among those with a bit of time on their hands. you can level fairly quick with or without oracles anyways.

    So after reading all this it's safe to say this game is all about the Cash Shop and non-CSers have little to no chance, unless they buy gold. Correct?

    Bounty Hunter is a quest that tells you to go back into an FB instance to kill a certain boss. For example if your level is between 80-90, you will have a random boss from either FB69 (most likely) or FB79 (less likely but can happen)

    Dunno much about Public Quest since I haven't done it myself sorry b:surrender

    And yes Marriage Quest you have to be Married. So I dunno much about that either.
