Light as a Feather Issue

I have the quest 'Light as a Feather' from the Drunken Warrior. After I recieve it, the quest says to talk to Apothicary Ann, but I'm unable to get the next step of the quest from her.

I've tried trashing the quest and getting it again but it does the same thing. I've also tried farming from the chest behind the house but I can't because I'm not there in the quest yet.

So, I'm wondering if I'm missing something, or if I should send in a ticket.

    I don't know what's wrong, 'cause I have done the quest without any problems.

    Guys, on the Apothecary An says : QUEST AWARDER, not QUEST DISPATCHER.
    This means that you need to do something before coming back to him - that is why he has a white flag over his head : it means that you haven't completed the needed task.
    As far as I know, previous to talking to Apotechary An, you should have talked to Drunken Warrior. If you did that and still get the same thing, then check if you have at least 800 coins in your inventory. This quest involves paying Apotechary An 800 coins, so that is why he might not be able to talk to you : you don't have all the items needed --> cash. ^-^
