These are maps showing some of the best drop mobs for HAY and Matz for some Lv4 Crafting quests and easy cash.
I may make more maps with more matz in future but for now here are these.
For your respawn mines that ya use the Pickaxe on, you can sort and find specific locations using this site www.pwmap.ru/pwi/
To get the best drop rate, kill mobs within 10 lvl'z of your lvl. The further the lvl diffrence between you and the mob, the lower the drop rate percent. So if ya at same lvl as the mobs you'll get the best drop rate percentage See this for more info on how drop rate percentages are calulated.
Alot of people will create an Alt character to use only for mat collecting, and will not take that character above a specific lvl. Genies help keep you at a specific lvl, just put all extra XP on it. As for what Lvl to make you Mat collecting Character? Well I heard alot of this and alot of that, but what it comes down to is, why are you collecting matz and which matz do ya need to achieve that goal. Take a look at the indevidual Mat Mapz to get an idea of were they are Lvl wise, then have a look at the Main Mat Map that has them all on it. There is alot of Rumers that Venos do make the best for Mat collection, makes sence to me if ya think about it. They self seficient, can have a Pet Tank, and Low Repair costs
I have included the HAY Location Map because, they are worth the most. 1 Hay can go for about 10k....holy **** people...It'z Hay...... but along the way there are a couple Hay needing quests, the worst being around lv74. Ya need 50 Hay for a quest. But looking at that quest,
-Lv74 Quest- The Punishment
1. Speak to the Lost Village Elder (638, 475) Village of the Lost
-Obtain 15 Adalwolf's Bone (Quest drop from Hooded Adalwolf, located at the Forest of Haze at around [660, 461] Uncommon Drop)
-Obtain 20 Thin Hemp Rope (Quest drop from Cloudrider Falcons, located at the Forest of Haze in the air at around [625, 422])
-Obtain 50 Hay (Rare drops from low level turtles, deers)
2. Report to the Lost Village Elder (638, 475) Village of the Lost
-Celestone of Heaven/Human/Earth or Celestone Fragment: 1 (Random)
-Reward (Coin: 22300 Exp: 37200 SP: 6000 Rep: 7)
Completing the quest is not worth the price of Hay in catshops and Auction House, yet people will pay good price for it. If you do decide to Grind for Hay, I have heard from alot of people about the Antelope Pups Dropping Hay easily.
And before ya say it, I know it doesn't show every single mob that drops them, but the main ones are there.
Here are links to the Mobs on map that drop the HAY.
Longhorned Carapest Lv20
Nightspike Executioner Lv20 (not on my map yet as it is new area to the South)
Rhinodrake Megalith Lv22
Antelope Pup Lv30
Abyssal Mystery Lv34
I didn't incluse the Lv8 mobs that drop Hay, because most people are more concerned about getting Hay from mob that have a higher drop rate than 2%- 3%.
Here is the info needed for locating lv8 mobs that drop Hay.
Moorcrawler Hornshell Lv8
Highlands Tortoise Lv8
Amphibian Turtle Lv8
HAY DROP LOCATION MAP
CONCENTRATED GLUE DROP LOCATION MAP
PURIFIED OIL DROP LOCATION MAP
ROUGH FUR DROP LOCATION MAP
SILK THREAD DROP LOCATION MAP
HAY AND LV4 CRAFTING MATZ MAPS COMBINED
Enjoy the Maps all. hope they come in Handy.

Level 34 Abyssal Mysteries in the river by Hidden Orchid drop hay the best.
Antelope Pups (level 30) aren't bad either.
Level 8 turtles? Only if you're a low level veno desperate for that 3rd pet bag slot.
The real reason hay sells well? Legendary pets (hercs and nixes) won't drink water.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Based off of PWDatabase, where I got my info to make these maps, you are correct, it does show that Level 34 Abyssal Mysteries, have about a 2% better chance of dropping than Antelope Pups. I was basicly just saying that I have heard alot of people in game recomending the Antelope Pup'z are gread for dropping hay.
Drop rate percentage, is based off the diffrence of your characters level, and the level diffrence of the mobs your trying to get drops from. See this for more info on how drop rate percentages are calulated.
