help me can i cant repair my weapon!

hi.
look, the system says i need to repair it:

but the blacksmith dont repair it.
it shows there are no metrials requird, and i cant repair it.
plz help me i cant fight with my old weapon its noobie, and the next one i can buy is to lvl 25.

BTW i got it from a quest or something.
i didnt bought it.

    The repairing you're looking at is shattering. You don't need that. Go to any trade NPC and select "Goods", then click the button that says Repair All. b:victory

    There's a really weird bug with the perfect officers soulsphere that they sometimes don't repair at the same time as the rest of your equipped gear with 'repair all'. I lost one cause it broke, and you cannot fix it with shattered repair either once it breaks. It kinda sucks.

    The only way I have been able to fix it is to take the orb OUT of your equippage and put it into your regular inventory, then use the repair hammer at the blacksmith (NOT the auto repair all) to repair it.
