Change public quest so it gives either exp or rep

The place is ALWAYS empty on my server (sanctuary) most ppl dont care too much about rep, chance of getting something good from the merchant is low too. Change it so it gives exp instead (or a choice between exp or rep) something like 450k the first place would be (around 0.8-1.2% for a 95+) a fair trade for a long long long quest. Please change it as it is right now the place is 95% of the time empty and just not worth it.

    Ah, you do realize that you can trade the medals you recieve from the quest to get exp and spirit, Right? each medal gives 13,266 Exp 2,760 SP, May not seem like alot but it does add up considering first place gets 10 of them. If no one is doing it then solo it, may take awhile but atleast you'd get the first place.

    thatz already a feature lolz, and you can trade thingz from rep to exp b:chuckle plus, you can just find a quest that givez exp

    you can only get XP for the 60-80 PQ

    the 95+ PQ only lets you exchange the badges for Rep.. or the bags full of unknown items.
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    and teh 81-94 PQ gives you....nothing.

    One Man Army is a quest that you can repeat any times you want and gives you rep and a celestone fragment.

    However I think there should be more ways to get rep, gettin' the rep for rank above 2 is almost impossible unless you fb or grind/buy darkness stamps or wraith dog tags all day.
