Unable to connect to servers need help plz

Hello, heres my problem, updated the patch and after it was done i launched the game after i tried entering my user name and password the message came up saying[unable to connect to server] this message appears every time i try to login. This has been the same ALL DAY i have also tried to add the game to and the client to the acceptions list on my firewall settings i am running out of ideas.

Is there anymore people having the same or similiar problems?? and if someone knows how to work through this problem PLEASE HELP. and if the problem is my time zone i live in USA OHIO if it helps. ty

    Me too. I even added it to the list of exceptions on my firewall. Still wont let me play. Been trying for 3 hours now. I think the servers are full, or almost full...

    I keep trying as well and cant get through. is it all servers or just the sanctuary server?

    All servers. Tried each of em.
    EDIT: Does anyone have a solution to this? This is really starting to get annoying.

    No, its not all the servers cuz on this website it says all servers are up so this problem is only effecting us it is somthing to do with the update.

    I'm another victim of the unconectable server status. Tried to log into Harshlands, the Sanctuary. I can't get in at all, and I know my user name and passwords are both right. I used them yesterday before the patch after all.

    Unconnectable server on heaven's tear as well...did a verify and it didn't do anything...let me know if anyone comes up with anything, I'll be puttering away at this problem in the meantime

    Whoa!!! Hey guys, I'm back in the Harshlands now. W00t!!

    Everyone try restarting your computers and logging in again. All I did was restart my laptop and, BOOM! Hope this helps ;)

    I restarted my computer and it ended up crashing my web browsers... I had to do a system restore...

    has anyone found a solution to this because, no mods or admins dont really help out in the tech section at the time i really need help with unable to connect i tried everything i could ever think of.

    iam having exactly the same problem, it happens just today, can any body tell me why it happens and even more, does any body fix the problem? because i restart my pc but it doesnt works..b:shocked
