im super new so i have some nooby questions

i want to level 2 skills of the BM stream strike and cloud sprint but it says that my spiritual cultivation level is to low i'm an initiate and i need to be an adept how do i level my cultivation.
and how do i fly?+ if any1 can give me a guide that will tell me fastest ways to level skill builds and money making ill appreciate it.

    well first off welcome to the game!

    you can only fly at lvl 30 when you get the quest called
    -Art of Thunderbird (humans)
    -Flying Miracle (untamed)
    -Elven Wings (Elf)
    Note: Elves can fly from lvl 1

    The reason why it says your culti is too low is cause you havent completed a quest thats main title is "spiritual cultivation" complete that to be able to get your skills.

    When you get a quest where you have to go into a cave/dungeon then get an average party lvl of about 40+
    (Remember the quest called "call to duty")
    Note: if you are part of a faction then this shouldnt be a problem

    ty for the help and can u tell me where do i get charms and what do ido with my bs tailor and all this manufacture skillz? like how do i create an item i realy need guardian charm

    Guardian and spirit charms are purely cash shop items (except for a few you get from quest rewards/supply stash.)

    Tailor lets you make/decompose armor.
    Blacksmith lets you make/decompose weapons.
    Craftsman lets you make/decompose ornaments (rings, necklaces, belts)
    Apothecary lets you make remedies and attack/defense charms.
