new expansion issue

i'm not one to complain, but whenever i go to the Tideborn home city (cant remember name), even if im not a tideborn, my screen starts to flash, especially when i move. i can only solve it if i exit it. whats happening and what should i do?

    i have the same problem. my screen blacks in and out. it seems that this is due to high traffic cos it happened to me once in archo as well. to combat this i have to swich to the windowed setting.

    It's actually your graphics card crashing over and over again, places like raging tide and arch i go into best performance mode.

    it's happened to me even in in low perfromance, in addition (if this counts) before the expansion came out, i went into the tideborn city and the same thing happened. it's can't be my computer it's not even really a year old and it's powered by a ATI radeon hd 3450 video card:/ not the beest out there but more than enuf to handle this game. it only started happening after the expasion, ive had it happen to me when there ain't even as much players around compared to pre expansion days, i could have been around MUCH larger crowds b:surrender yet in window mode it runs perfectly even with the graphics set to the highest if that's not a bug i don't know what is

    Umm guys its not graphics card it just ppl r to lazy to do any thing with all there expansions there putting out its doing it i used to be able to play PWI and JD with no problem now i do with the expansions when i sent a ticket they told me to be patient -.- its been 2 months u guys have to fix ur problems before u put out **** that dont work -.- b:angry

    no issue and my graphics card is just a 6100 nvidia geforce, have u checked to see if ur drivers are up to date?
