stuck infront of blacksmith

every time i try to look at the blacksmiths GOODS section my character freezes up, i cant mroe, i cant open anything on the gamemscreen and i have to control alt delete to even get PFI to close...wtf i relloged and can move around but if i go to that blacksmith and try to look at his good i freeze up UPDATE, i just notice its ANY VENDER I GO TO, ANY SHOP makes me completly freeze ....wtf is my character glitch ?

    ok seriously whats going on....my acount that i logged onto when i first had this problem is Imback58 and when every i talk to ANY ONE to get a quest or what ever the case may be my PW freezes up, i cant move or open any of the things in game...i can talk...and watch other people run around....but nothing else.....so i though maybe that was just glitched but i logged onto my old acount that i diddnt even know what still active from like a year ago Huien58 when the same thing is happening.......alittle help here ?

    im gonna bump this till i get some awsners every time i try to talk to ANY ONE about ANYTHING a quest goods or just to even see what they SAY my PW freezes and i cant move i cant open ANYTHING in game like the system menu to try and log or. my skills.my bag ANYTHING WILL SOME ONE HALP ME
