so i got a ticket respone from the pwe crew,, and they asked me to respond giving them some information, now, the thing is that i dont know if i respond to that email account or i send a new ticket ((bad englishb:surrender))
so plz i need help

    all PWI OFFICIAL ticket email comes from "PWE Customer Service Group" <customerservice@perfectworldinc.com>

    (I have about 13 still in my inbox, I keep records of all my tickets)
