Public Quest glitch?

sorry if this is in wrong area but just went down 2 do another public quest after the server came back up. and the place is a ghost town and the npc 2 start the quest isnt here.... is it glitchin or is there something im missing?b:sad
So what if we have bad HP, we're Chuck Norris in the damage department!!!!! b:pleased

If your going into an fb and the Barb screams "LEEROY JENKINS" as he runs into the cave, leave the party. It's only going to get worse from then on.b:shocked

    the general is only present from 10 Am to 11 Pm server time.

    * its disapearing time depends on the concusion of the previously finished PQ. Upon wich you can take a new PQ... before he goes to limbo..... thats the glitch.
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    r u serious? he literlly goes away 4 part of the day? what he dosnt get payed over time?

    The public quest NPC is only available from 9AM server time to 11 PM.

    NPCs need sleep too.

    Can you please elaborate on this and direct me to the official post which explains this glitch?

    I believe the availability is according to server time and has nothing to do with the quest progress.

    I personally find this quite annoying, what about the people who cant get on between 9am and 11pm server time? Not everyone lives in the same timezone!

    Today the NPC did not appear for some reason. b:angryb:angry

    It ALWAYS appears at 9AM . Today it is missing completely for reasons unknown.

    I dont think its a glitch. seems intentional to me. they dont want ppl just constantly grinding on PQ all day b:surrender

    Yeh I have no idea what is going on. Of course I shouted b:laugh

    I also submitted a ticket. Again, b:laugh.

    So I suppose we will have to wait and see what happens. If it goes back into operation i'll see you there.

    I think its meant to be treat like Dragon Palace, or Horse Races, where they are only at certain times, except its much more available. b:surrender

    I'm pretty sure it's intentional so that

    A) People do it in a more condensed time, therefore with more people
    B) You don't have to end up hacking at the boss for half an hour with a small handful of people who are still awake
