Your Idea on the "purest build" possible?

I have the 4 dex 1 str build and i met someone 1 lvl over me with an all dex build but only adds str for his wep. He uses rank armor aswell and his evasion is ridiculously high and i cant seem to beat him in a duel T_T and he never seems to get hit in pve mobs. What are your thoughts on this because is you can live off of rank armor in terms I may be stopping putting str for quite a while

    4 dex 1 str is the purest build, otherwise you can't even wear an armour or weapon for your level..

    If you read that correctly i stated he only puts str in to match his wep and uses rank armor which doesn't require str at all

    -Edited here-.. and the only way you're going to get enough rep for rank armours is by spending lots and lots of money on tokens or wedding candy..

    and i thought even rank armours need str

    nvm str req for daaggers is only half per level or something >.<

    but that doesn't mean you're going to survive well with level 30 rank armor till level 60 and then level 60 rank armour till level 90 >.<

    Yeah you are right, Hes replacing more attack and crit with crappier armor in the later lvls.....but does high evasion still have effect in the upper lvls?

    I suppose it does, but having way lower armor doesn't really add to his surviveability in PvP since any Arcane class requires 0 accuracy to hit you and they never miss.

    He is right, u can have infinite evasion, but magic attacks will always hit u and with low mag def ure dead meat.
    Just use pure dex build until u get to higher lvl and u can wear ur gear and then add all to dex, it shouldnt be a problem at PvP since sins can always counterattack b:pleasedb:bye

    Rank armor = top/bottom. Have fun wearing horrible boots/gauntlets/helmet. Not really worth it and the damage increase isn't worth the defense lost and money spent.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    i think its better 4 dex and 1 str using LA from your lvl with dex adds.

    You can keep your armour for your level and daggers, while having more dex than possible for your level.

    I'm going to pump out my build with +dex and +crit. I had a build on my venomancer and she had roughly an extra 130 stat points just from EQ bonuses.

    But on later lvls u dont need more str so u can either choose to put 5points into dex or 4dex and 1vit, that would balance sins defense when casters hit them b:bye

    tip: have a dagger with Accuracy shards for archers/sins and patk shards for everything else >.<

    2 X + 50 accuracy shards really help heck even 2X 30+

    i think 2 sets of rings is prob cheaper than 2 daggers

    ... or you can just get yourself a couple Misty rings since they have become so cheap now. Then you'll have an added 100% accuracy. That combine with your already high accuracy should hit archers pretty reliably.

    Or Sign of Frost: Chaos. Each of those rings add 100% accuracy. They are expensive, but worth having since 2 of them... well, lets just say I don't wanna depend on evasion when fighting a dex class with 2x SoF Chaos rings. b:shocked

    well 1 question here, what if they add sin and psy armors like in 15ish levels later on in game they req less str.... so u can put more points into dex... just wondering O_o
