Ok this is making me mad. When I am playing if I try to window out to check forums or anything my screen starts blinking. I can't do a thing I have4 to bring up task manager to close PWI in order to do a thing. This happened after my kid blew a circuit breaker with my computer and hubbies pc on same one. The computers have exact same spec's but mine is only one having this issue. Right now I am trying to shut down PWI through task manager which shows its not responding but it won't end task either.

Sorry for rant please help me.

    Your kid has nothing to do with it, occasionally I encounter the same problem. I have no idea how to fix it , but with all the "bugs" in this game - blinking screen is the least of my problems. Crashes and graphical errors are rather annoying though.

    So is your fixed or still doing it? Does it just stop doing it on its own?

    Yeah it just stops doing it on its own, but appears once in a while ( not that often , but its still there ). * Shrugs
