hero quest

ok so the tide hero quest (the weapon token quest u get at 20 for qingzi and after for hercule) reading the description it says that this quest can only be completed once, so now im wondering does that mean once per account or per char...for example if i made a alt sin would he be able to do it or do i need to make my lil sin on my other account b:surrender

    thanks :3 (why they have the text there is a lil redundant its obviously not a repeat quest) but good to know ^^

    Because a lot of people want to know if they can repeat it when they fail to get their mold, I guess.

    maybe also so you do not ditch teh quest and try to pick it up later? so trashing it will not allow you to try again.
    onlya guess I did it and didnt try to trash it on my psy
