Are the tideborn characters stuck with blue skin color

The skin thing is only with certain video cards or operating systems it seems. I had no issue.
But obviously as you can se in my sig, my vid card's pretty decent, I think.Main:

When you make a character try and put the skin tone in between yellow and orange and aim for a natural looking skintone. It does take a while to find one. If not, maybe it's your video card? I know people have been having trouble. ;x0 -
