Genie Skill: Celestial Sword

Hi,

Can someone explain to me how the genie skill Celestial Sword works?

Range 30 meters
Energy all
Stamina 500
Instant
Cooldown 10 seconds
Requisite Class All

Forms a magical blade out of pure Chi to attack the target.
Every 100 Energy causes 5.0 physical damage.
100 percent accuracy.

Strength: Every Genie Strength point doubles the damage.

I can't figure out the strength calculation. Does it mean the following?

0 str points = 5 damage x 100 energy
1 str points = 10 damage x 100 energy
2 str points = 20 damage x 100 energy
3 str points = 40 damage x 100 energy
4 str points = 80 damage x 100 energy
etc.
