Disturb Soul skill

Disturb soul is an active curse skill increases the target Channel time of by 53% on its first level for 12 second notice that the time will remain 12 seconds .if you leveled it the channel time is raised with each level of the skill but thats it .i rarely use it .the only use for it would be against magic bosses but using it against other player would just be a waste of your first hit also melee classes skills has a really short channel time so it wont make much difference also if you are below 59 and still dont have psychic will once assassin or blade master gets close enough to you and seal or stun you its really over .dont level it and if you really want to then level it after every thing else that matters

edit : soul burn is what you should level if you get any spare spirit.given that so far its the best psychic curse( there might be level 79 and 100 skills so im not sure yet)
