entering problam

when i try to logg into the game it writes to me "Client Running" and below it writes "Unable to proseed with update" what to do??

    click Ctrl + Alt + Delete button together

    go to process tab

    Click elementclient.exe

    Right click >End process

    Close Task manager

    Start PW as normal
