Weapon Glow

How exactly do I get my weapon to glow? I know it has something to do with upgrading but I'm not sure exactly what. If someone can leave me the method it would be deeply appreciated.

    the 3*** wep glows,, the TT wep glows, if u put shards on the they get differents effects,, thats all i know sorry, =)

    yellow ones are mold weapons,green are twilight temple.
    dont know about what kinda glow ur talking about tho..
    some weapons shine little bit if u add high grade shards into it,like this:

    You forgot special weapons like frost covered 1s(some have special effect and glow)
