Face color/body color off on TB

Whenever I run into a TB that say has a brown body, their face is still that light blue color. I mean usually this won't annoy me, but in the new server, Raging Tide, the TB's are EVERYWHERE! So it gets kinda annoying. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about.

    This is a known issue with some ATI and Intel video chipsets.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Is there anyway to fix it? I'm running a Sony Vaio, Vista.

    My Processor is: Intel(R) Core (TM)2Duo CPU T5800 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHz

    Not that we know of.

    You can try updating your video drivers, and turning down the settings ingame.

    We need to know your video chipset.

    All I could find was this about my chip.

    Chip Type: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

    Have the same bug and the same video driver.

    Kinda *word I cannot say*.
    I wont change all my computer for an update... and from not so long, even other classes skin beging to glitch that way. Never did that to me before Rising Tide expention...


    And I'm really pointless on how looks like my character, if my Tideborn cannot be how I want her to be... that's going to annoy me a lot, even more if all other classes start to do the same... at least my veno has the palest skin so the glitch wont affect her... but anyways...
