[HELP] Weapon Token Quests

So, I was just wondering if I trash this quest, like Weapon Token II (one I have), can I get it back?
I found this out, You can get quest back.

Also, are Weapon Token Quests only for tideborns?

And is there a Weapon Token III, IIII, IIIII, etc etc?

    The description clearly reads: "You can ONLY do this ONCE." [meaning once you pick it up]

    You trash = you lose.

    I know some that have lost it from dc and even from having a full inventory.
