Billing Messed Up

Hello there

I *would* like to knonw about a Transaction of 50 USD I did,but receive absolutely NOTHING - I would not add any detail about Transaction ID or other personal information but the Ticket I sent didn't had any reply.

Not only the Transaction was CANCELLED(And there were money on that Paypal account),not only the Coupon is not usable anymore since I already used it in this faliure Transaction,not only the Confirmation Link sent in my mail was NOT working(Sent a ticket too but the Confirmation Time expired before receving any reply),sending me on a page a and after a few seconds of"Please Wait",i received a redirecting error,but the WROST part is that I was NOT refounded,so basically I didn't even get back my money on my paypal account(Not to mention the Coupon TRASHED).

I knonw the best reply I can get here is"Wait for a Reply",or"Send Another Ticket",but I still wanna other users hear my voice:
WHERE is my MONEY?
or
WHERE is my ZEN?

I will NOT buy anymore Zen from here until I'll get(At least),my money back.

    It's possible that there is a delay in billing somewhere. It's taking a very long time for the payment I just made through paypal to be processed too. Ticketing is defintiely the best option, or patience :/

    Please email me in regards to this issue. Both can be resolved. Refunds never arrive instantly and you will have to wait 2-5 business days for the refund to return to the funding source. If this was a gift credit card, the times will vary and you will need to contact the customer service number on the back of that card if you need a specific release day.

    Well It's ok for the refund I speak with the Customer Support and they say the refund is confirmed but may take some time to be charged back.
    About the Coupon I think I'll try ask some Friends which play PW and they don't buy Gold,maybe I can get another without other concerns.

    Hoping next attempt will be successful.
