Pre-Paid Card not working?

I just got a prepaid game card for perfect world yesterday from my Aunt as a present. I did everything I was supposed to in order to redeem it and it wont let me it keeps telling me that "The pin entered is invalid. Please enter another."
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

    You don't space the numbers when you enter them. Other than that I'm not sure. I got my Zen and everything fine.
