Archers getting replaced by Assasins pve n pvp wise?? thoughts pls

    No. Assassins are melee, Archers are ranged. That makes a huge difference in what they can do. Just as an example, if an Archer tanks an AoE boss, the cleric can stay outside of AoE range while healing.

    Assassins get pummelled by said AOE whether their in stealth or not.



    PvP wise there are too many aoe's going around for an assassin to be effective in TW. PK Wise they have a good standing.

    Exactly, archers are squishy like orange, but taste better than assassins.

    hell no! assassin is like...omg. in all my other games i never heard of an assain/ranger being good in pvp, but they were good DD thats it

    my point being you cannot replace a ranged high crit damage dealer with a melee high crit damage dealer. there's no sustainable range DDing with assassin. if assassin were a replacement for archer, archer class would no longer be in the game.

    the assassin class cannot replace the archer, considering it's a direct clone of them lol

    only thing we got going for us is stealth and alot of OMGWTFBBQ speed skills

    what class do you expect to kill clerics in TW?
    Navarre was your everyday veno, until she learned her true form. Now she's fox walloping and purging over and over again.. all for a deep stinging, head hunting, wind pushing Assassin. Will there be inner harmony and myriad rainbows? But of course! Yuri&Lemon Find it on Fanfiction XD "Discovering Sanctuary" Chapter 2 is up ^_^

    Well assasin can wear bow and attack from 20range too. I know he cant use skils with it, but when i attack boss i mostly use only fast hits. Not skills. I hope archers stil be usefull in TT and others becouse of our Sharpened Tooth Arrow, but right it shows only future.

    Well Assassin will be able make 35m teleport on clerics position and kill him too. With spark even tp and 3sec stun target together.

    Granted Assassins have that ability, Archers however are the most efficient at killing clerics since they don't need to rely on a teleport with a cooldown to attack one cleric to the next. Plus the air is where archers shine best. Daggers have short range which gets annoying in the air.

    Sins can attack with bow from 20m, but archers have other things that make them usefull..

    40% Fire Damage to each normal shot
    Bow Mastery
    SHARPENED TOOTH ARROW
    Not to mention all the skills we have that requires a bow

    QFT, not too difficult for a sin to hotkey a well refined bow and easily launch a ranged assault at the click of a key.

    I wish people would stop making archer replacement threads like wizard replacement threads.

    Archers will NOT be replaced by Assassins

    Wizards will NOT be replaced by Psychics

    Now play the game instead of worrying.. if you think it could happen go and prove it instead of making pointless threads like this please b:surrender
