i just bought zen for the first time and i thought u automatically get it after u pay but it im confused cuz it say it gonna ship me something??? how long before i get da zen?...oo n where can i get hay in the game..i need for a quest..

    When you buy zen for the first time they will wait a little and then e-mail you a confirmation e-mail. (To confirm your identity of sorts.) - Follow the instructions and then you will have no problems, zen will be placed into your account and you can transfer it to the game of your choosing.

    As far as physically shipping you something, I think you are confused.

    And as far as your Hay situation goes; I suggest this website.
    http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/ - You can search for Hay and it will give you a list of the monsters and locations of them.
