How do I get a new pet?

i'm a lvl 7 veno and i dont like the pet i got. how do i get a new one?

    There's a skill called "Tame Beast" for that. I think there was a quest involved...
    Who needs a sig anyways?

    If you have a skill tame (from pet trainer/options/tame pet) find a beast with green or yellow skull next to name and hurt it as much as you can but not kill him. Then use skill. You will have an egg in inventory. Get it to pet trainer and hatch. If you don't have a place for pet choose option revert pet to egg to get a free slot in your pet bag. Huh.....

    the pet trainer wont let me learn the skill do i have to do the sacred beast quest first?
