New Computer: Weird Graphics

I just acquired a new desktop computer and installed Perfect World onto it. The game runs great, however the graphics are way different than the way they were on my laptop.
Some Examples:
- Character's Faces Glowing
- Outfits are all one color (My black dress suit is now completely black instead of having a white under-shirt and tie.)
- The hairstyles are kind of 'blobby' and greasy looking
- And many other differences
Please tell me if there is a way I can fix this. Will post screenshots from each computer if needed. Thanks! (:

Did you try adjusting the in-game gfx settings?
Also, make sure you have the most recent driver updates for your card ^^↓Useful Links ↓ (click anything below)

Yep, I tried all different kinds of settings in the game. I'm not sure what gfx means, but I think it's what you're talking about. How would I go about updating recent drivers, or knowing if they are all updated?0

I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.
Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.
Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)
Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.
Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
