Trouble with ZEN/cant use the money i just spennt

I finally finished entering my money into my account er whatever,, now when i go to recharge ZEN in any link, i get the messege "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." On two other computers i used that were working with everything else, i get the same messege..like its a dead link.

I can go the my wallet part and enter which game and server i want, but cant get the zen page when i click to do it. I live in Texas in the U.S, if maybe thats a factorb:sad?

This is the first time ive used the item mall, and the reason i posted this now instead of waiting is because ive really been planning on purchasing those christmas boxs and things, and I want to get them before they expire which is very soon.

can someone help at all?

If not how the hell do i get my money back, thats bull****.

Does NOT work for you?

Check your browser cookie settings and set them to ALLOW

Also, check your firewall to make sure its not blocking the connection.

The link(s) work fine for me and im using Opera browser.

You could also try using a different web browser like Firefox or Opera

Yes it does, then when i click recharge zen it doesnt.

But Just now i believe someone is trying to **** my account, it says im already logged in then when i force logg it lets me in. A little later it says something like you have been logged out. then(right this moment)when i try and logg in it says your already logged in and it wont let me in until i force log it?!?!??! wow im having a bad day.

Doesn't sound like you were ****. The servers can be a bit slow when you disconnect and it nearly always seem to happen in such a case that your "ghost" for lack of a better word is still ingame. The "Forcelog" as you already experienced will disconnect that ghost and let you back in. But as Chesticles already please do change your password if you are still concerned.

ahhh,thankyou for the link,i changed it-now i feel safer.

(i have been **** alot on other mmorpgs and its not fun so im very paranoid.)

Anway okay well back to the first problem,....

Seems more like browser problem instead of website problem.

I'd recommend switching to Firefox or Opera.
