Missing Blacksmith quest

I was in the middle of completing the level 6 blacksmith quest and had step 2 in my inventory. But for some reason it has vanished from my quest list. It is not on my find quests, ive checked twice, and i cant pick it up again from any of the elders at the major cities. O.o please help me Im my factions crafter!!

    First does this match what you were trying to do?

    Second did you finish it without realizing it? (check your inv for the book)

    Third where exactly in the quest were you last?

    >.> i was only halfway done with makin all those 2 stars...n yes thats the quest chain... i hadnt finished it i only have 2/3 of the stuff i need... thats the strange thing about this... i checked all the npcs involved i tripple checked my quest lists and i got nothin.. o.o i submited a ticket about this they never got back 2 me...

    Check Blacksmiths...I'm not sure which one though.

    My "Step 2" for level 4 can be picked up from North District blacksmith for example (after I trashed it because I don't want to upgrade b:chuckle). Most likely it would be from a blacksmith, not an elder.
