Tideborn Inventory Manager missing?

Hmmm, ran around the interior of the City of Raging Tides but can't seem to find the Inventory Manager NPC anywhere. Is it missing or just some where unusual (i.e. nowhere near the usual group of PW Boutique Agent, Banker, Gem Merchant) or just plain missing?

    No answers yet? Anyone please? I spent money on a stone and cant' use it till I get out of Tideborn area? Bummer!!!

    hmmm, no sorry i haven't been in city of the raging tides for a while but that is strange how it disappeared, must be a new bug but i sure think that pw entertainments are working on the bugs so you should better wait for a while.
