how the heck do i close down my account?
ive searched the faqs in customer support and looked around the main site but cant seem to find a way. what am i missing?

    nothing fishy. i no longer wish to play and dont want my account info floating around.
    i just spent the better part of 2 hours giving away all my stuff to firends. i've already deleted all the files from my pc.

    and yes i mean to delete the account permanently.

    1: Delete all your characters (optional).
    2: Uninstall PWI.
    3: Stop playing.




    Alternatively, get yourself permabanned. It's a free game, creating accounts is free, and accounts are not pruned for inactivity. You can't get rid of your account outside of getting yourself banned.

    After a year of inactivity I think whomever cleans up the systems, deletes accounts that arent being used. Otherwise, I suppose you could always ASK for your account to be banned or something like trukossy said ? I think someone requested that earlier in a forum thread (they too, didnt want to have their info around anymore). Could be mistaken though.

    its uninstalled and ive stopped playing but my account info, which is linked to my paypal account due to zen purchases, is still out there. its got my personal info too, addresses, phone numbers... i'd like to get it deleted to the best of their ability.
