Living Snowmans enabled or disabled on another servers?

I know on Harshland i didnt find any Living Snowman Yet, but her eon forum hear people who already did quest. So where are avalaible and where not?

    I remember them only in for a limited time quest. So I guess wait?

    No another way, only strange is i got quest for them already, but just cant make it without them b:surrender

    No, regular "Snowman" are annoying and on HT. Living Snowman are the ones that look like mini Nivastocks and are outside (not inside) the 3 original starter Cities. And they arent on HT at all.

    I dont think they're on any Server. The ppl reporting they are there are thinking of the regular ones inside the cities that wont shutup.

    Theres the mini quest, starting at a boy in West archo > Santa in North Archo > Ether Elder > Plume Elder > Untamed Elder > Santa > Kill 40 Living Snowmen outside of the starter cities. Noone can find those.
