Paypal without using credit card / bank account

I currently have a paypal account with balances in it. I would like to use those funds to buy zen but when I use the paypal payment method it instructs me to enter a credit card number or bank account to withdrawl from. How do I transfer by using the funds already in my paypal account to get Zen?

    Log in into your account in www.perfectworld.com

    Then go to this :
    https://billing.perfectworld.com/charge

    After charging, go to:
    https://billing.perfectworld.com/wallet

    Choose PWI then your server.

    Note : I myself don't (couldn't) charge any zen due to the problem of where I live (Asia, btw). No paying method available besides the cc. Poor me don't have a cc b:surrender

    When you make your purchase with paypal, the site will direct you to paypal's website where you log in with your paypal account. As far as I know, you should be able to choose from your paypal account's (credit card, wallet, etc).

    I've only used credit card, but I'm pretty sure you can choose from your direct paypal balance.
