Help Verifing Account

This is not for me but for some friends.

They have signed up and installed the game all good but when they try to verify the account they get an error message along the lines of

"Our sinciest aplogies, there was an error activating your account." They have sent tickets but it has been a couple of hours now.

Is there anything they can do or do they just have to wait for the ticket to come back.

    Tell them to submit tickets to customer support.

    I posted a same thread like this but it hasnt been fixed for me yet b:cry,can you tell me what you did Tmin to fix that please?
