Account registration problem

Hello,recently my account was full of characters so i couldnt create anymore and i didnt want to wait 7 days to have chance to create new one so i thaught about registering a new account.I went to the main page,filled all fields and such and registered that account.After like 5 mins i went to my mail adress and looked for confirmation mail,it was there.So i clicked on it and it redirected to the perfect world page,It said something like:To activate this account you need to...and it asked me a for a response for that secret question,that i chose and answered in account registrating.My response was 100% right but when i cliked on confirm it wrote something in the sense that they are really sorry but there was an error in account registration and it asked me to sent a ticked to a customer support zone which i send but i still didnt get any repsonse.Id like to get my new account so i can create my new character before christmas and not waiting 6 days for my other characters to delete from my main account...Id like if some GM can respond me if it is possible...And lastly please sorry me if there were some mistakes in grammar and such and thus you cant comprend what i wanted to say but im not from english speaking country b:surrender
