Hello everyone. I am curious how the bot situation is for this game. A few weeks ago I downloaded [removed] Online and was really looking forward to playing it. Unfortunately I tried for two days to connect to a server and play but was unable to. I had heard that game had a lot of bots but never thought it would be so bad that I'd sit in queue for hours and never get connected. I hope that isn't the case with this game, but I don't want to waste my time downloading a game that I can't even play. If anyone would be kind enough to answer I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

    The general community of PWI goes through phases of complaining about things. One week it will be Oracles, the next it will be nix bleed, then botters, then something else.. blah blah blah.

    So no. There is not a huge problem with botting on this game. But if/when someone gets caught doing it, sometimes it sparks a huge wave of omg QQing about it, making it sound worse then it is.

    I've never seen one myself. Maybe because I'm always in BH/FC/other instances, but bots don't seem to be an issue for PWI (yet?).

    Thanks a lot guys for the responses. I don't care about bots being in a game as long as they aren't cramping the server so bad I can't log in. PWI looks like a really nice game. I'm definately downloading this tonight.

    Yeah there is always someone complaining about something and that's never going to change. I generally ignore most in game banter, find a guild with some nice people and enjoy the game.

    You can always join a PVP server too, kill the bots whenever you see them. Totally worth being pink/red for a few hours
    Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
    The other half is having enough ordinance to level a small country.

    Join a PvP server, bots are usally non existance here becouse every 10 seconds someone is trying to kill you. as far as im aware there isnt really any need to bot when pwi bascially gives u free levels b:victory

    you dont have to worry about bots in this game.. this game lets you buy levels in the cash shop... or has a ton of quests. So grinding isnt really in the picture anymore, making bots alittle useless.

    I know what game your talking about and no its not like that at all here. i can promise that ,if it was you wouldn't see even anyone in this forum.
    praise god PWI is never like that game. Ppl think the sales here are horrible.. wait for the day you can never connect to server or dc and must wait 6 days or longer to reconnect.

    then agian i do miss the pking ppl for ksing...

    yeah....it sounds instantly like thay are.
    they're cash shop items to directly connect don't even work anymore yet ppl are still buying them...

    I haven't seen bots on the game. The PWI equivalent would be catshops, which make archosaur (the main city) lag like crazy, but PWI offers a "best performance option" which makes the game run a lot smoother in crowded areas like this.

    meh you can afk shop there too -.- we don't have afk katshops running around ksing us 24/7 in every single inch of area.
