Character information screen is blank

Hi all

This is my first msg on the site, I've looked every where for this bug, but unfortunately i've not fount any one with this issue, all my other screens work fine and i can see all the info and buttons.

My character information screen is blank as seen from the pic. I've reinstalled , re-downloaded,the client. done a verification all the files seem to be fine.
also updated windows XP VGA and directX divers.
IF any one can please help.

    try verify from launcher :)

    I've done that 3 times, one when the files have installed and from the launcher.
    Still the same.

    I did the same thing too and I am still playing without stats for some of my characters. I can see perfectly for some.
