Question about the Embrace Action

A friend and I were using the Embrace Action so that he could fly my Warrior character from place to place.
Since making my own Cleric, I've not been able to do the same for people. I always seem to end up being held by the guy I want to carry and don't seem to be able to interact this way with other females at all.

Am I doing it wrong, or is there another way to help people get around without having to make a male character and only help females?

    Only male and female can embrace.

    Not to mention it comes across quite sexist and homophobic.

    In my opinion, it most likely deals with weight issues.b:sweat
    Males are generally heavier then females, and females generally are presumed as weaker then males in grounds of physical powers.

    I think the men are just scared we'll pay 'em back for all the times they've dropped us in the water, on bosses, or on WBs. b:victory I know I'd want to drop a few people on a WB as pay back!
