Black Voodoo Skill & Attack Level

Ok...going pure mag with my Psychic and got this Black Voodoo skill. Though I see no difference in my damage output when BV is up. Does this really increase my damage?

What does the attack level actually do? Thanks in advance :-)

    its a x% increase so u may notice it around lv 25 or 30

    The higher you go, the larger the value of that percentage is.

    If you do 5000 damage, max 22% of 5000 will be.... 1100 and total will be.... 6600.. hey, it's still something... b:chuckle

    look better since at 31 Arcane i did 1300 without and 1600 with . <-- rough numbers but you got an idea b:bye
