    I think he means the public quest rewards or w/e

    where you have the choice of either xp or equipment which will expire.....

    Eh, both rewards are actually pretty good. Any archer would kill for -interval.

    He's saying take the EXP reward from public quests because the equip reward has a timer before it vanishes on you.
