wont allow me into game

when i try to play perfect world it stays on the news page and just says
client running
unable to proceed with update
and wont let me enter
what should i do to fix this problem?

    control+alt+delete to bring up Task Manager.
    then you close teh elementclient.exe process
    then you click where teh start button should be (should say update or something)

    or...if that be too hard, restart your computer.

    If on Vista/7, please run the application as 'Administrator'.
    Than it should be fixed! b:cute
    But if you're working on Windows XP, than i don't have any ideas left to think about... :/
