Psychic Skill Guide?

I've been searching for a skill guide for Psychics for quite some time now, but I can't find any. Well what I've been looking for is something like a list with all the skills for a psychic, some information on that skill, and recommendation for upgrading it or not. I know it may be a quite a mouthful, but if you have any, please tell me. Thanks b:laugh
