Is SP the PK place on other servers?

On Sanctuary, Secret Passage is the place where people go to pk.. i was wondering if that is the same as on other servers.

    no because in lost city if you teleport into sp with a red name you get instabanned

    Havent seen any pvp in SP for about 5 months since few ppl got baned there no one pk there ( LS )

    On dreamweaver we were going in SP before, but since some people got banned for that, PKers go around orchid temple. But sometimes I sneak into SP to hit some pkersb:avoid I didn't PK since a while tho ._.

    It sucks that they banned pking in SP. If you can't handle being pked, don't join the pvp server.
