Badge Of Lucius

I apologize in advance if this has already been posted. If so, please redirect me to the proper thread.

I just acquired Badge of Lucius the Tainted after killing him, but what do I do with it now? Is there a quest that comes available when I reach a higher level..I'm currently level 14.

    Just hold onto it, you'll need it for later quest =P
    >_< I'm a wizard in disguise... you know like the old cartoon... except with less robots and more fire/ice/rocks....
