How do I play the game?

I downloaded all the files(this took over three hours mind you) and I'm currently downloading the latest patch, but I can't find the start button. This sounds stupid, but bare with me. When I click on the launcher button, a window with about ten options on it pops up. There were buttons for updates, settings, etc., but no "play" button. Am I missing something?
