Um. Materials?

Aside from buying them, I can't find any. Perhaps they're in the areas where there's high-level monsters, but I don't know. I'm trying to do those find-the-materials quests in the tideborn area and I can't seem to find even one.

    Keep looking, they're there... it's just that with so many people they vanish very quickly.

    Sharkscale tower, neon worms-> element dust.
    land of whispers, forgot name, but guys on horseback-> soft fur.
    I'm not saying these are only places on isle of broken dreams, but they seem to have decent drop rates.

    West Archosaur has nearly all mats.
