Marriage Quest

Marriage quests are brand new set of daily quests for couples to explore and adventure together! The prerequisites for the quests are as follows:

1 Married Couple in the same squad (no other members allowed).
The squad leader speaks to the Matchmaker Servant in Archosaur (Next to the Eldest Matchmaker).
The couple will receive 1 random quest (out of 7) to do each day. Rewards include Experience and Spirit, Sweet Memory tokens that can be saved up for a mysterious ring pendant, and a Sincerity Pack* that has a chance to win a Baby Crab, Fish, or Lochmur All-Class pet egg!
I show up at the NPC with the squad. My husband is a level 20 barb.

No quest...

The requirement clearly says you need to be in squad with your husband / wife (only) in order to get the quest, but do you need anything else ? I've read that MAYBE (rumor) you need to be level 30 since some quests requires some flying.

I want to know if I have to level my husband or is it something else that I need to do first ?

Thanks,
- Amy

"Through the darkness light can always emerge, it is only when the unwilling come upon this light that fear takes over. Emerging from this darkness takes more then courage, it takes faith in ones own mind and more importantly in ones own heart. To deny the light is to deny yourself the feeling of true happiness and true peace within your own soul. Denying your own happiness and your own soul is denying all that one has to live for."

There was a pair waiting behind my 'wife' and I when we were killing the quest mob today - the lower of the two was wearing lvl 31-34 gear, so my guess would be a level 30 requirement.

Seems a bit odd and wrong to set a different level requirement for the "married couple quest" than the base level to be married. My husband is level 20 and we were excited to see we'd have a daily quest to share together. We followed the directions to the letter, even tried switching lead and doing anything else we could think of. No quest.

Would certainly be nice to get GM feedback on what the level baseline actually is, and if that's a bug or if it's working as (strangely) designed.

Hmm... It should work since he is married to you. Marriage is a req in and of it self.

Take note that the squad leader is the one who can start the quest at the matchmaker's servent. So if you were the squad leader than you would only see the quest and be able to start it. When one starts the quest the other gets the quest as well.

We were both beside the matchmaker, neither could start the quest. Lots of people seems to say it's level req 30+ so I guess it's time to level !

Over 300k xp in the 90s is accurate... and since I'd rather do something with my hubby than wander around alone on WQ, this level issue really nags at me!

My friend is level 50 and she's getting over 60k each day for the quest with her husband.
