lv51+ quest

I was trying to get the medal for the tideborn grow up ceremony or w/e, and i was doing the will quest which is literally impossible. It gives me 30 secs to tp to arch and speak with duke blacke, even on a ninetails i am unable to make it. What's with that? Is my timer bugged or is this quest really just this hard? Feel free to call me a noob for not being able to do it, I just want to know if i need to try harder or if my game is messed up. Thanks in advance even to the haters that are usually from Heavens Tear server.

    Read the quest description a little closer. To pass the test, you have to resist the temptation to go find Duke, aka just stand still until it tells you you've passed.
