Light armor, hp helm req?

my sin is going to use light armor and a hp helm
what are the req per lvl for those?

    Helmet of Elements: Str required 35

    Life +55
    Level Required: 21


    Saying you'd be using the normal Sin build. 4 dex, 1 strg per level you'd be the same as a archer looking to use a HP helmet. Taking into account the 5 Strg you start out with. For mathematical purposes you can change that requirement to 30, then with 1 strg per level you'd need to be 31 (Considering you cant allocate points at level 1). I looked at the 31 hat which requires 50 str, (45 str when taking start points out of perspective. Which would mean you'd have to be level 46) I dont know that this is 100% accurate it's just what Im coming up with
