Question About Tideborne Graphics

Well I have seen many people talking about how the tideborne body color changes and yet the head color remains the same...

I was curious about this and found this youtube video:

How come this person's character remains unaffected?

Does that mean that the people who have the problems with the non color changing face will just have to deal with it and there is instead something wrong with our computers?

    That is not a perfect world internation release its japanese or something like that and it seems that they have a bug free game shame on PWI.

    Nonetheless is it not the same version of the game? They do not seem to have a problem... So your reply was not helpful at all...

    Can someone confirm that this will be fixed? Or give me a thread that has a GM confirming that they are working on this?

    There are multiple GM answers in the tech support zone. Look there. Also, a GM confirmation of "we're working on it" or "we know about this issue" doesnt really mean much. Lots of issues were fixed without notice and many issues are still here after months and months of "we're working on it".
